The ON/OFF Latch building block is used to set and hold an ON/OFF value.
An ON/OFF Latch building block has two ON/OFF inputs and one ON/OFF output. When the "ON" input is turned ON, then the output will be set to ON. When the "OFF" output is turned ON, then the output will be set to OFF.
An ON/OFF Latch building block may be configured to initially start with an ON or OFF output value. It may also be configured with a "RESET" input. When the "RESET" input is turned ON, the output of the ON/OFF Latch building block will be set to its initial value.
In the example to the right, the building block will start with its output turned ON and will not have a "RESET" input.
