NOT Building Block

The NOT building block changes an ON/OFF value to the opposite value.

A NOT building block has one ON/OFF input and one ON/OFF output. When the input value is ON, the output value is OFF. When the input value is OFF, then output value is ON.

A NOT building block has no properties to configure.
