The ON/OFF Gate Building block is used to allow or prevent an ON/OFF value from passing.
An ON/OFF Gate building block has two ON/OFF inputs and one ON/OFF output. If the "GATE" input turns ON, then the output will be set to the input value. If the "GATE" input is turned OFF, then the value of the output will depend upon the building block's settings.
An ON/OFF Gate building block can be configured to maintain the current output value when the "GATE" input is turned OFF, or it can be configured to set the output to a specific value when the "GATE" input is turned OFF.
In the example to the right, the building block is configured to turn its output value ON when the GATE input is OFF.
