The Strobe building block turns its output ON and OFF a variable number of times at a predetermined rate.
A Strobe building block has one Number input and one ON/OFF output. When the input changes to a nonzero value, the block will turn its output ON and OFF a number of times equal to the input value. The rate at which the output turns ON and OFF is determined by the blocks settings.
To configure a Strobe building block, enter the rate at which it should turn its output ON and OFF. It can also be configured to ignore input values.
In the example to the right, the output will turn ON and OFF 12 times per second. The block will ignore repeated input values.
