Rate Building Block

The Rate building block turns its output ON and OFF at a variable rate determined by the input value.

A Rate building block has one Number input and one ON/OFF output. When the input changes to a nonzero value, the block will begin turning its output ON and OFF. The value of the input is the number of times per second that the output will turn ON and OFF.

A Rate building block has no properties to configure.
