The Application building block indicates whether a particular application (or group of applications) is running.
An Application building block has no inputs and one ON/OFF output. When the block's applications are running, it turns its output ON. If the applications are not running, the block turns its output OFF.
To configure an Application building block, add an application by clicking the + button in the lower left corner of the Inspector window. If the application is currently running, select it from the menu. To add an application that is not currently running, select Choose other Application… and browse to the desired application. An application can also be added by dragging the application's icon from the Finder into the Inspector window.
For each application, choose whether the building block should turn ON when the application is running or not running, and whether the building block should look for that application as a foreground or background application.
If the Application building block is configured to depend on more than one application, then the Any/All popup button can be used to configure the building block to turn its output ON when any one of its application requirements is correct, or only when all of its application requirements are correct.
In the example to the right, the output will turn ON when the application Bevy is running in the foreground.
An Application building block can be configured to depend on Modifier building block values.
