Once inside the game on my Mac, everything done to my keyboard's config just isn't recognized at all.
Heck, the pad on the left of the keyboard even has one key which WoW apparently sees as nothing at all. Remapping that key to anything doesn't change this.

Are you using a controller configuration to change the behavior of the keys, or using building blocks to generate keyboard activity?
